ACKNOWLEDGMENT & RELEASE
I, the undersigned, authorize C&J’s Mobile Detailing (“Company”) to perform mobile detailing services on my vehicle. I understand that:
Auto detailing involves the use of water, cleaning agents, and tools that, while professionally applied, carry inherent risks to delicate surfaces and components.
The Company is not responsible for any existing damage (paint chips, clear coat wear, stains, odors, scratches, etc.) or mechanical/electrical failure coinciding with or following service.
Some stains, smells, and blemishes may not be fully removable and can become more noticeable after cleaning.
I am responsible for removing or securing all personal belongings before the service begins. The Company is not liable for loss or damage to personal property left in the vehicle.
Mobile service is weather-dependent and may be rescheduled at the Company’s discretion.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY
I hereby release and hold harmless [Your Business Name], its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or losses that may arise from the detailing services provided.
I confirm I am the legal owner (or authorized user) of the above-listed vehicle and have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this waiver.
